Protecting the health and safety of attendees, volunteers, and staff at CCMTA’s in-person meetings is our top priority. As such, we will follow venue, municipal, and provincial COVID-19 guidelines and continue to monitor the situation in Canada.
The policy will expire on December 31, 2022.
Health and Safety Measures
If you test positive for COVID-19, are waiting for your test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive, contact us to arrange a substitution or cancellation rather than attending the event.
Attendees already in attendance who experience COVID-19 symptoms are asked to stay away from others by remaining at or returning to their hotel. Attendees will be responsible for any fees related to changes to travel plans as well as any fees associated with an extension to stay due to a positive COVID-19 test.

Waiver and Release of Liability: Attendees will be asked to complete CCMTA’s Waiver and Release of Liability for Communicable Diseases prior to participating in an in-person event as part of the meeting registration process.
