As a non-profit organization, the Board of Directors has a duty and fiduciary responsibility under law to make decisions in the best interest of the Corporation, and a duty to supervise the management of the activities of CCMTA. CCMTA board members are elected from each provincial, territorial, and federal governments.

At the Annual Meeting, our 2025-2026 Chair, Lynn Varty received the Distinguished Service Recognition for completion of her chairperson term on the Board of Directors. Lynn’s leadership and presence as Chair will be missed.
