Program Committee Meetings provide a collaborative and participatory forum for the development of modern and consistent standards, practices and priorities and contribute to the implementation of Canada’s road safety strategies.
Program Committee Meetings will be closed working sessions for jurisdictional members, invited guests and speakers.

Registration
There are no registration fees, however all participants, including speakers and presenters, are required to register to attend the Fall Program Committee Meetings.
Program Committee Members should register online using the Register Now button.
Speakers, presenters and invited guests will be provided registration instructions upon request. Please contact events@ccmta.ca for more information.
Deadline to register is Friday, October 24, 2025.
As part of the registration process attendees will be asked to:
Complete online registration form prior to attending the in-person event , providing any required consent
Identify which meetings you will participate in
Identify any dietary restrictions
Before You Register
To register, you will require the following information:
Email address for the person you are registering
Form of payment (if applicable)
Important to note: Group registrations are not permitted. If you are registering multiple participants, please complete a separate registration for each.
How to register
Select “Register Now” button.
Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you are registering) and select “Lookup”.
If you are not in CCMTA’s database, choose “Continue” and complete the contact form as instructed.
Enter the promotional or discount code (if applicable).
Following the prompts, complete the form as instructed.
Review registration record to ensure accuracy.
Select “Submit” to complete the registration process.
Please save a copy for your records and take note of your reference number. A copy of the registration receipt will also be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your spam filters.
Modifying an existing registration
Select “Modify Registration” from the "Register Now" button below.
Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you registered) and reference number from original registration. Select ”Continue”.
Follow the instructions until you reach the section which you wish to modify. Select “Continue” and “Submit”.

Travel Policy for CCMTA Jurisdictional Representatives
Located in Ottawa’s West-end, the Brookstreet Hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from the Canadian Tire Centre (home to the NHL Ottawa Senators and world-class entertainment), 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa, and 30 minutes from the Ottawa airport. Taxi from the Ottawa airport is approx. $60.
Reservations
If you plan to join us, take advantage of the discounted group rate of $225/night for a standard room.
Deadline for reservations is October 3, 2025, however we recommend making reservations as soon as possible to secure your accommodations. CCMTA cannot accommodate attendees once the room block has been filled or the deadline has passed.
We recognize that Program Committee Members may require travel approvals to move ahead with travel plans, however, to ensure access to group rates, we recommend making reservations in anticipation of your participation which can be cancelled up until 72-hours local time prior to arrival without penalty or fees.
Guestroom Reservations can be made online using the Direct Booking Link, by email or by phone.
