Exhibiting at the CCMTA Annual Meeting provides the opportunity to meet with road safety leaders from across Canada and internationally.  This event provides a great opportunity to network and collaborate with delegates in the road safety community who share a mutual commitment to improving road safety outcomes for Canadians.


As an exhibitor, your company can:

Our 2023 exhibitor benefit packages include:

  • Personal identification - All exhibitors are identified by their delegate badges;
  • Networking, advertising - All exhibitors are presented as such prior to, during and after the event and listed in the annual meeting app;
  • Attendee contact information - Exhibitors will be provided attendee contact information before and after the event;
  • Exposure - Daily refreshment breaks as well as most scheduled meals will be held in the exhibition hall to ensure maximum exposure to delegates.
  • Exhibit Traffic Builders - Delegates will be encouraged to participate in the Exhibit Passport as a way to maximize booth traffic and be entered into a Prize Draw provided by CCMTA.

  • A 50-word company profile in Annual Meeting App
  • One (1) complimentary delegate registration* which allows full admission to the program, including educational sessions, meetings, scheduled meals/breaks, and all the evening social events.

EXCLUSIVE OFFER! Exhibitors who are also Ambassador level sponsors will receive a 25% discount on their exhibition booth space. Champion level sponsors will receive a 15% discount. For more information about this promotion, please contact us.

*Important Note: Completion of the booth application form only reserves booth space and does not serve as a delegate registration. Exhibitors are required to complete a delegate registration upon receiving confirmation of booth space. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration where applicable.

* Fees do not include HST (15%). The place of supply rule dictates taxes are charged based on location of the services provided. GST/HST Registration number: 122329659RT. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

** Associates Program fees must be current and paid in full to benefit from the reduced rate.

Arrangements for additional items (e.g. carpeting, electricity, additional tables or chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Show Services Guide will be sent once payment is received.

Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, after which a priority list will be established. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time. For space to be assigned, full payment must be received.

The deadline to apply is April 30, 2023.

Cancellations

All Cancelations must be made in writing to events@ccmta.ca by the dates outlined below. Cancellations are subject to a $125 administrative fee. Please refer to Exhibitor Contract for full details.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. I am interested in supporting this event; however, I cannot exhibit. Are sponsorship opportunities available?

    Yes, those organizations interested in contributing to this event by way of sponsorship can refer to the Sponsorship Package.
     
  2. I have completed my exhibitor application form. Do I need to register as a delegate as well?

    Yes. All exhibitors are required to complete the delegate registration to participate in the various activities planned during the Annual Meeting. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration.
     
  3.  How are booth spaces assigned?

    Reservations for booth space are confirmed and assigned on a first come, first-served basis, however CCMTA will make every attempt to meet specific requests for space and provides consideration for returning exhibiting organization and CCMTA Annual Meeting sponsors. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time. For space to be assigned, full payment must be received.
     
  4. How do I pay for exhibition booth fees and do I have to pre-pay?

    Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express*, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or company check. Additionally, CCMTA Associates and government members can request an invoice. Exhibition must be paid in full before the booth space is secured and confirmed.
