Exhibiting at the CCMTA Annual Meeting provides a great opportunity to network and collaborate with delegates in the road safety community who share a mutual commitment to improving road safety outcomes for Canadians.

Our 2026 exhibitor benefit packages include:

• Personal identification - All exhibitors are identified by their delegate badges;
• Networking, advertising - All exhibitors are presented as such prior to, during and after the event and listed in the annual meeting app;
• Attendee contact information - Exhibitors will be provided attendee contact information before and after the event;
• Exposure - Daily refreshment breaks as well as most scheduled meals will be held in the exhibition hall to ensure maximum exposure to delegates, providing 6-8 hours of dedicated exhibit time;
• Exhibit Traffic Builders - Delegates will be encouraged to participate in the Exhibit Passport to maximize booth traffic and will be entered into a Prize Draw provided by CCMTA.

EXCLUSIVE OFFER! Exhibitors who are also Ambassador level sponsors will receive a 25% discount on their exhibition booth space. Champion level sponsors will receive a 15% discount. Some restrictions apply. For more information about this promotion, please contact us.

*Important Note: Completion of the booth application form only reserves booth space and does not serve as a delegate registration. Exhibitors are required to complete a delegate registration upon receiving confirmation of booth space. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration where applicable.

Fees

Prepayment of booth space is required to secure your space.

* Fees do not include GST (15%). The place of supply rule dictates taxes are charged based on location of the services provided. GST/HST Registration number: 122329659RT. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Arrangements for additional items (e.g. carpeting, electricity, additional tables or chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Show Services Guide will be sent once payment is received.

Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, after which a priority list will be established. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time. For space to be assigned, full payment must be received.

The deadline to apply is April 4, 2026. Applications submitted after this date will be considered on an individual basis and are subject to restrictions. Please contact us for further details.  

Cancellations

All Cancelations must be made in writing to events@ccmta.ca by the dates outlined below. Cancellations are subject to a $125 administrative fee. Please refer to Exhibitor Contract for full details.
