Annual Meeting

Pre-registration is required to participate in the CCMTA 2022 Virtual Annual Meeting.

You will be asked to identify which sessions and meetings you will be participating in as part of your registration – so please consult the program before you register.

Please click the "Register Now" button to complete the online form. 

Registered delegates will receive a confirmation email upon completing the online registration form. All registered delegates will receive a confirmation email(s) with individual access links for each session that you have registered for (each link is unique to you and your email address; please do not share the link with others).

CCMTA will be using Zoom for its virtual events. Visit the “Virtual Meeting Platform” page for full instructions for how to access and use Zoom. 


Registration fees are based on membership type.

Registration under these categories allow full admission to the program, which includes all events listed in the program.

*Non-Members who wish to register to attend only the Program Committee Meetings can do so on a complimentary basis, please select the “Non-Member – Meetings Only Access” category when registering.

Annual membership fees must be current, or non-member rates will apply.

Deadline to register is May 20, 2022.

Canadian Residents: All fees are subject to tax. Tax rates are charged based on the attendee's location. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Terms and conditions:

  • Telephone or email registrations cannot be accepted; you must register online.
  • All registration forms must be completely filled out and be accompanied by full payment of fees.
Cancellation Policy

All notice of cancellation and requests for refund must be made in writing to events@ccmta.ca

  • Notices must be submitted prior to registration deadline of May 20, 2022.
  • A cancellation fee of $25 applies for cancellations by non-members. Refunds will be processed less the applicable cancellation fee.
  • Event No-Shows and cancellations received after the registration deadline date of May 20, 2022 are not subject to refund. Full fees apply.
Before You Register

In order to register, you will require the following pieces of information:

  • Email address for the person you are registering
  • Promotional code (if applicable)
  • Method of payment

Important to note: Group registrations are not permitted. If you are registering multiple participants, please complete a separate registration for each.

How to register

  • Select “New Registration” button.
  • Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you are registering) and select “Lookup”.
  • If you are not in CCMTA’s database, choose “Continue” and complete the contact form as instructed.
  • Enter the Promotional or Discount Code (if applicable).
  • Complete the form as instructed.
  • Review Registration Record to ensure accuracy.
  • Complete payment section and take note of cancellation policy.
  • Select “Complete Transaction” to complete the registration process.

Please print a copy for your records and take note of your reference number. A copy of the registration receipt will also be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your spam filters.

Modifying an existing registration

  • Select “Modify Registration” from the "Register Now" button below.
  • Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you registered) and reference number from original registration. Select ”Continue”.
  • Follow the instructions until you reach the section which you wish to modify. Select “Continue” and “Complete Transaction”.

Simultaneous Interpretation
Remote Simultaneous Interpretation will be provided for sessions as indicated in the Program.

Code of Conduct

CCMTA is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for all virtual meeting participants. All participants are expected to abide by this Virtual Events Code of conduct across any and all technologies used to execute a CCMTA virtual event. All participants must comply with the instructions of the host(s), moderator and CCMTA staff including methods for providing feedback and comment.

To achieve the purposes of a virtual event in the limited time provided, with the universal benefit of all participants’ being fully engaged, discussions should be focused on the meeting topic at hand. All participants must be able and welcome to equitably and effectively participate. Participants of CCMTA meetings are expected to exercise consideration and respect at all times in speech and actions.

CCMTA fosters a harassment free and inclusive environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every participant. Harassment, in any form, will not be tolerated. CCMTA reserves the right to limit attendance at any meeting as deemed necessary.

We invite all those who participate to help us create a safe and positive experience for all participants.

External Reporting Statement
All reports, discussions and recommendations held during Program Committee/Board meetings are considered work in progress. By registering to attend the event, all participants will respect the deliberations and documentation as such and will not report them in print or reproduce them in any format, including, but not limited to, recordings in part or whole, screen shots, photographs or any other means of copying and reproducing meeting content or information.

Delegate List
Participants will receive a list of registered participants as part of the official meeting materials. All registered participants will be added to this list automatically unless otherwise identified when registering online.

Image and Multimedia Consent
Registration or participation represents the acceptance by the participant, of the use and distribution by CCMTA, of the image and voice of the registrant or participant in the photographs, videos, electronic reproduction or other, audio tapings or other multimedia formats of these events and activities unless otherwise identified when registering online.

CCMTA is committed to accessibility and providing products and services to its members and customers in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
