The CCMTA Annual Meeting Program is Now Digital!

We are pleased to offer you information about the 2025 Annual Meeting in a digital format. Accessible on both Android and Apple mobile devices, key information within the APP include:

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not be offering any materials in print format.

We have made the APP available to best support your participation at our Annual Meeting. We recommend that you download it and familiarize yourself with it prior to arriving onsite. That way, you are ready to make the most of this tool once you arrive in Regina!

Installing the App on Your Mobile Device

On your mobile device, click on the URL below or scan the QR code:

Visit eventmobi.com/app and click the appropriate app store logo for your device.
Launch the APP and enter event code: CCMTA2025. (note: Case-sensitive)
Log in using the same email you used to register for the 2025 Annual Meeting to access exclusive in-app features such as polling, networking and app-specific content.

Once installed, the APP can be used on mobile devices with or without WiFi connection, however it is recommended that you remain connected to WiFi for seamless participation in sending in-app messages, and receiving real-time alerts after the initial download.

Users can also access event information from their desktop using the link below however you must be connected to WiFi:

Launch the APP and enter event code: CCMTA2025 to login (note: Case-sensitive).
Refresh the APP for the latest content by scrolling to the bottom of the left-side navigation menu and click refresh:

Participating in the Annual Meeting Exhibitor Passport Challenge and Draw

How To Enter

Download the 2025 Annual Meeting App.
Select “Exhibitor Passport Challenge” from the App Menu.
Complete all 24 individual booth challenges to complete your Exhibitor Passport Challenge and be automatically entered into the Exhibitor Passport Challenge draw for a chance to win.

How to Play

Visit each Exhibitor Booth to obtain a passcode.
Enter the passcodes provided into each of the Exhibitor Booth Challenges; OR
Use the “Submit a passcode” field for quick entry.
Review the list to ensure you have completed all challenges.

Those who complete all individual booth challenges will be automatically entered into the Exhibitor Passport Challenge draw for a chance to win.

Submissions must be complete by 13:30 on Tuesday June 10, 2025. The winner will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies that evening.

FAQ

How do I know if a new version is available or updates have been made?
If a new version is available, you will be prompted to update the APP (with a small red dot with white located above the menu). Or you can simply choose “Refresh App” to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version.

Can I use this APP without a mobile device?
Yes, it is accessible using the web (must be connected to WiFi), simply type this URL into your browser: http://www.eventmobi.com/app/ccmta2025

Do I need to "login" to the APP? 
Yes. When you are logged in using your mobile device, you will be able to create a personalized schedule, add notes, message other delegates (both parties must be logged in) as well as access some additional features such as polling, surveys and participate in the Exhibitor Passport Challenge.
