The CCMTA Annual Meeting App is your go-to resource for staying informed and connected throughout the event. Available on both Android and Apple mobile devices or via web access, the App delivers real-time updates and key information right at your fingertips, including:

 
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not be offering any materials in print format. 

We have made the App available to best support your participation at our Annual Meeting. We recommend that you download it and familiarize yourself with it prior to arriving onsite. That way, you are ready to make the most of this tool once you arrive in Fredericton!

Installing the App on Your Mobile Device 

On your mobile device, click on the URL below or scan the QR code: 

The app is available in English and French. To toggle languages, go to "Settings" in the APP and select "App Settings" and select your preferred language.

 Once installed, the App can be used on mobile devices with or without Wi-Fi connection, however it is recommended that you remain connected to Wi-Fi for seamless participation in sending in-app messages and receiving real-time alerts after the initial download.  

Accessing the App on Your Desktop  

Users can also access event information from their desktop using the link below however you must be connected to Wi-Fi: 

CCMTA Annual Meeting 2026 App  

1. Launch the App and login using the same email you used to register for the 2026 Annual Meeting. You will be prompted to confirm your email by entering the code Pheedloop Go! will send to your email inbox. Enter the code in the space provided
2. Refresh the App for the latest content by holding your mouse down and dragging it downward

Participating in the Annual Meeting Exhibitor Passport Challenge and Draw  

How To Enter 

• Download the 2026 Annual Meeting App.  

• Select “Passport Challenge” from the App Menu.

• Complete all 21 individual booth challenges to complete your Exhibitor Passport Challenge and be automatically entered into the Exhibitor Passport Challenge draw for a chance to win. 

How to Play 

Visit each Exhibitor Booth to scan QR code or obtain a passcode.   

• Use the “Scan QR Code” field for quick entry, or;

• Enter the passcode provided into the “Enter Text Code” as seen in the image and click “Claim” 

• Your completed challengers will appear as you enter them. 

• Review the list to ensure you have completed all 21 challenges.   

Those who complete all individual booth challenges will be automatically entered into the Exhibitor Passport Challenge draw for a chance to win. 

Submissions must be complete by 13:30 on Tuesday June 2, 2026. The winner will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies that evening.

2026 Prize Package:

Prize will be awarded to the winner at the Closing Ceremonies.

How do I know if a new version is available or updates have been made? 
To ensure you are viewing the latest content on the App, simply hold your mouse down and drag it downward and it will reload. 

Can I use this App without a mobile device? 
Yes, it is accessible using the web (must be connected to WiFi), simply type this URL into your browser: https://pheedloop.com/CCMTA2026/ 

Do I need to "login" to the App?   
Yes. When you are logged in using your mobile device, you will be able to create a personalized schedule, add notes, message other delegates (both parties must be logged in) as well as access some additional features such as polling, surveys and participate in the Exhibitor Passport Challenge.
