The deadline for reservations is April 29, 2026. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible in order to secure your accommodations. CCMTA cannot accommodate attendees once the room block has been filled, or the deadline has passed.  

Early Departure Reminder: For delegates who check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early checkout fee will apply.  To avoid an early checkout fee, please advise the Host Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.   

For those who plan to arrive early or stay longer, the CCMTA group rate may be available three days prior to and after our meeting dates, based on hotel availability.

Both properties are conveniently located next to the Fredericton Convention Centre and provide CCMTA delegates with ease of access to programming taking place at the Convention Centre as well as the delegate shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations.

Ground Transportation
Fredericton International Airport (YFC) is located approximately 16 km from the city centre and the Delta Hotels Fredericton. Delegates are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport.

Fredericton International Airport has partnerships with several taxi companies. These taxis are queued outside.

Hotel Parking
Parking is available at the Delta Hotels Fredericton for hotel guests. The following rates apply:  

On-Site Parking: $15/day  
Valet Parking: $18/day

Oversized Parking
An overflow parking lot is located beside the Delta Fredericton.

The Delta Fredericton asks that coach buses or other large vehicles pull up to the hotel to do drop-offs/pickups only.
For overnight parking the Delta Fredericton asks that you park just next door in the “overflow” lot.
