With so many options available within steps of the host hotel, guests of registered CCMTA delegates are encouraged to explore Edmonton with self-directed activities.  
 
Explore Edmonton has dedicated resources that will help choose from activities, restaurants and local attractions when planning your visit. Links are included for each of the provider’s websites with booking information, photos, and descriptions to assist you throughout the planning process.

Registered Guest Meal Package (Optional)

Registered Guest Meal Package Fee: $350 plus applicable taxes.

Registered Guest Meal package is an optional item available to those who will have a guest attend the Annual Meeting. The package fee covers scheduled meals as well as evening social events as indicated below*:

How to Purchase a Guest Meal Package 
A Guest Meal Package must be purchased by the primary delegate as part of their registration. Please refer to the Registration page for further details.  

Deadline to register is May 22, 2024.

Canadian Residents: All fees are subject to tax. The place of supply dictates that taxes are charged based on the location of the services provided.

Cancellation Policy  
All notice of cancellations and requests for refund must be made in writing to events@ccmta.ca.

• Notices must be submitted prior to registration deadline of May 22.  
• Refunds of 100% issued until April 22.  
• Refunds of 50% issued until May 6; refunds will not be issued after this date.  
• A cancellation fee of $125 applies to all cancellations. Refunds will be processed less the applicable cancellation fee.
